Ct Nsip – The Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System, (NSIPS), will serve as a central repository for all information pertaining to active and reserve forces personnel. The NSIPS is a central management system for the data of personnel. The system used for e-QIP is safe and only accessible to authorized officials within the agency that sponsors it. The Navy will have access to all active-duty as well as retired military personnel through the e-QIP.
