Fibrotic Nsip Ct – The Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System, (NSIPS), will serve as an centralized repository for all information pertaining to active and reserve personnel of the forces. The NSIPS system functions as a central database to manage and store of personal information. The e-QIP is secure and only accessible to authorized staff within the sponsoring organization. The Navy will be able to access all active as well as retired military personnel through the electronic QIP.
The NSIPS Navy is a single electronic pay and personnel system that allows access via the internet to records of employees, training information, and career counseling records.
