Ild Nsip – The Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System NSIPS will offer a central database containing the entire information about personnel for both active and reserve forces. The NSIPS is a centralized system for the management of personal information. The eQIP system is secured and only accessible by authorized personnel within the sponsoring agency. The e-QIP will give the Navy with information regarding all active duty and reserve service members.

The NSIPS Navy is single electronic personnel and pay system that provides web-enabled access to records of employees, training data and records of career counseling.
