Ipf Nsip – The Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System will be an integrated database that will store all reserve and active personnel data of the force. The NSIPS system functions as a central database to manage and store of personal data. The system used for e-QIP is safe and accessible only to authorized officials of the sponsoring agency. The Navy will have access to all active and retired service members via the electronic QIP.
