Navy E Leave Nsips – The Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System, (NSIPS), will serve as an centralized repository of all the information that pertains to reserve and active forces personnel. The NSIPS provides a central system for managing personnel data. The e-QIP is safe and only accessible to the authorized personnel within the organization that sponsors it.
