Navy Quick Links Nsips – The Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS) will serve as an integrated database that will contain all the active and reserve personnel data of the force. The NSIPS is a central management system for the data of personnel. The database is secured and only accessible to authorized personnel of the sponsoring agency. The Navy will be able to access data from the eQIP system about all active-duty or reserve service personnel.
