Netscaler Nsip – The Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System, (NSIPS), will serve as a central repository for all information pertaining to reserve and active forces personnel. The NSIPS is a central management system for personnel data. The eQIP system is secured and can only be accessed by authorized personnel from the sponsoring agency. The Navy will be able to access data from the eQIP system regarding all active duty or reserve personnel.
