Nonspecific Interstitial Pneumonitis Nsip – The Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System, (NSIPS), will be a central repository for all information pertaining to active and reserve forces personnel. The NSIPS is a centralized management system for the data of personnel. The e-QIP is safe and accessible only to the authorized personnel within the organization that sponsors it. The Navy will be able to access all active-duty and retired service members via the electronic QIP.
