Nsip Chiapas – The Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS) will serve as a central database for all the active and reserve personnel data of the force. The NSIPS is a centralized management system for personnel data. The database is secured and only accessible to authorized personnel from the agency that sponsors it. The Navy will have access to all active and retired service members via the electronic QIP.
