Nsip Definition – The Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System NSIPS will offer a central database containing the entire information about personnel for reserve and active forces. The NSIPS system functions as an integrated database that is used for the management and storage of personnel data. The system used for e-QIP is secure and accessible only to authorized officials within the sponsoring agency. The Navy will be able to access all active as well as retired military personnel through the electronic QIP.

The NSIPS Naval is a single electronic personnel system and pay system. This allows for web-enabled access online to records of employees, training information and career counseling records.
