Nsip Exacerbation – The Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System, (NSIPS), will serve as a central repository for all information pertaining to active and reserve personnel of the forces. The NSIPS is a central system for the management of personal data. The eQIP system is secured and can only be accessed by authorized personnel from the agency that sponsors it. The Navy can access all active-duty service members and reserve service members via the eQIP system.

The NSIPS Navy has a one electronic payment and personnel system for payment and personnel. It allows web-enabled access for employees, career guidance, and training data.
