Nsip Lung Disease – The Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS) will serve as a central database for all reserve and active force personnel information. The NSIPS is a centralized system to manage personnel data. The database is secured and only accessible to authorized personnel of the agency that sponsors it. The e-QIP system will give the Navy with details about all active-duty and reserve members of the service.
