Nsip Nonspecific Interstitial Pneumonia – The Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System, (NSIPS), will serve as a central repository for all information pertaining to active and reserve forces personnel. The NSIPS is a centralized system to manage personal information. The system used for e-QIP is safe and accessible only to authorized officials of the sponsoring agency. The Navy will be able to access all active as well as retired military personnel through the e-QIP.
The NSIPS Naval is an electronic personnel system that is a single and pay system. It allows web-based access online to records of employees, training data and career counseling records. It is currently in use on over 150 Navy ships and syncs with the shore network to offer one point of entry to all information regarding each employee. After logging into NSIPS the service member is able to access their employment and payroll information.

The NSIPS Naval replaces the formerly Reserve Standard Administration, Training, and Administration. The program handles personnel information as well as assignments to personnel and benefits. In addition to providing payroll and HR information, NSIPS also supports training and career changes for sailors. It also provides 24-hour access for sailors to their important information as well as remittances. The Electronic Service Record replaces paper records, and is far more effective than previous maintenance methods. The ESRs for first-year students were made available to command officers in 2002.
The NSIPS Naval is an essential tool for the navy service. Besides being an online database of personnel and payroll system, it also serves as a career-change and training resource. The NSIPS is now the main source for sailors’ employment and career documents, and has 24-hour access to vital information. Electronic service records have proved to be more efficient than paper-based records. It allows commanders access to the data of first year students and tracks all servicemen’s pay.
The US Navy uses NSIPS to manage its electronic personnel system. The NSIPS handles the entire USNR/USN sailors’ pay and personnel. The system gives commanders access to financial data for every squad. NSIPS helps to keep precise records of retirements and other personnel. Additionally, it lets service members modify their records without needing to obtain approval from their supervisors.
Navy uses NSIPS as a payroll and personnel system. It is also utilized by the Navy as a learning tool and to record changes in career. The NSIPS database is accessible round the clock and permits service members access to their employment records as well as other important information. The NSIPS database is different than self-ESRs. Command officers have access to the ESR online to check the history of an employee’s employment. The database contains a range of information regarding a squad.
