Nsip Nonspecific Interstitial Pneumonia – The Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System, (NSIPS), will serve as a central repository for all information pertaining to active and reserve forces personnel. The NSIPS is a centralized system to manage personal information. The system used for e-QIP is safe and accessible only to authorized officials of the sponsoring agency. The Navy will be able to access all active as well as retired military personnel through the e-QIP.
