Nsip Npower – The Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System will function as an integrated database that will store all reserve and active force personnel information. The NSIPS system is an integrated database that is used to manage and store of personnel information. The e-QIP is secure and accessible only to authorized staff within the sponsoring organization. The Navy has access to all active duty service members as well as reserve members via the eQIP system.
