Nsip Pneumonia – The Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System, (NSIPS), will be a central repository of all the information that pertains to reserve and active forces personnel. The NSIPS is a central system for the management of personal data. The e-QIP is secure and only accessible to authorized staff within the sponsoring organization. The Navy will have access to data from the eQIP system about all active-duty or reserve service personnel.

The NSIPS Naval is an electronic personnel system that is a single and pay system.
