Nsip Prognosis – The Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS) will serve as a central database for all the reserve and active force personnel information. The NSIPS is a central system for the management of personal data. The system of eQIP is secure and can only be accessed by authorized personnel within the agency that sponsors it. The e-QIP system will provide the Navy with details about all active-duty and reserve service members.
