Nsip Program – The Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System, (NSIPS), will serve as a central repository for all information pertaining to active and reserve forces personnel. The NSIPS is a central system to manage personal information. The system used for e-QIP is safe and accessible only to authorized officials of the agency that sponsors it. The Navy will be able to access all active as well as retired military personnel through the electronic QIP.
