Nsip Pulmonary – The Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS) will serve as a central database for all active and reserve personnel data of the force. The NSIPS is a centralized management system for personnel data. The database is secured and is only accessible by authorized personnel of the sponsoring agency. The e-QIP will provide the Navy with information about all active-duty and reserve service members.

The NSIPS navy is a single electronic personnel-pay system that allows for web-enabled, secure access to all employee records including training information, career counseling records and more. It is currently in use on over 150 Navy ships. The NSIPS Navy syncs with the shore network to give one point of access to all the information regarding each service member.
