Nsip Survival Rate – The Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System, (NSIPS), will serve as a central repository for all information pertaining to active and reserve forces personnel. The NSIPS provides a central system for managing personnel data. The eQIP database is secure and only accessible to authorized personnel of the sponsoring agency. The Navy has access to all active duty service members as well as reserve members via the eQIP system.
