Nsip Tapachula – The Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System, (NSIPS), will serve as a central repository of all the information that pertains to active and reserve forces personnel. The NSIPS is a centralized management system for the data of personnel. The eQIP database is secure and only accessible to authorized personnel of the sponsoring agency. The e-QIP system will provide the Navy with information regarding all active duty and reserve members of the service.

The NSIPS navy is a single electronic personnel-pay system that allows for web-enabled, secure access to every employee’s record including training information records for career counseling and more. It is currently in use on 150 Navy ships. After logging into NSIPS, a service member is able to view their payroll and employment records.
