Nsipa Conference – The Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS) will serve as an integrated database that will contain all reserve and active personnel data of the force. The NSIPS offers a central database for managing personnel data. The system of eQIP is secure and can only be accessed by authorized personnel within the sponsoring agency. The Navy will be able to access data from the eQIP system regarding all active duty or reserve personnel.

The NSIPS Navy is a single electronic pay and personnel system that allows access via the internet to records of employees, training data and records of career counseling. It is currently in use on over 150 Navy ships. After a member is logged into NSIPS it will allow them to access their employment and payroll information.
