Nsips Access – The Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System, (NSIPS), will be a central repository of all the information that pertains to reserve and active personnel of the forces. The NSIPS system is an integrated database that is used to manage and store of personnel information. The e-QIP is secure and only accessible to the authorized personnel within the organization that sponsors it. The Navy can access all active-duty service members and reserve service members through the eQIP system.
