Nsips Afloat – The Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System, (NSIPS), will serve as a central repository of all the information that pertains to reserve and active forces personnel. The NSIPS is a centralized management system for the data of personnel. The e-QIP is secure and only accessible to the authorized personnel within the sponsoring organization.
