Nsips Ashore – The Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System will function as an integrated database that will store all active and reserve force personnel information. The NSIPS is a centralized management system for the data of personnel. The system used for e-QIP is safe and only accessible to authorized officials of the agency that sponsors it. The Navy will be able to access information from the eQIP regarding all active duty or reserve personnel.
