Nsips Correction Mode – The Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System, (NSIPS), will serve as an centralized repository for all information pertaining to active and reserve personnel of the forces. The NSIPS is a central management system for the data of personnel. The system of eQIP is secured and can only be accessed by authorized personnel from the sponsoring agency. The Navy will be able to access data from the eQIP system about all active-duty or reserve service personnel.

It is currently present on 150 Navy vessels, and connects to the Ashore network to provide one point of reference about all service members.
