Nsips Help Desk – The Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System, (NSIPS), will be an centralized repository of all the information that pertains to active and reserve forces personnel. The NSIPS is a centralized system for the management of personal information. The eQIP system is secure and only accessible by authorized personnel within the sponsoring agency. The Navy will be able to access data from the eQIP system about all active-duty or reserve service personnel.
