Nsips My Navy Portal – The Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System, (NSIPS), will be a central repository of all the information that pertains to active and reserve personnel of the forces. The NSIPS is a centralized system for the management of personal data. The e-QIP is safe and only accessible to authorized staff within the organization that sponsors it. The Navy will have access to information from the eQIP about all active-duty or reserve service personnel.
