Nsips Navy Electronic Service Record – The Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System, (NSIPS), will serve as an centralized repository for all information pertaining to reserve and active personnel of the forces. The NSIPS provides a central system to manage personnel information. The system used for e-QIP is secure and only accessible to authorized officials within the agency that sponsors it. The Navy will have access to information from the eQIP regarding all active duty or reserve personnel.
