Nsips Quick Links – The Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS) will serve as a central database for all reserve and active personnel data of the force. The NSIPS is a centralized management system for the data of personnel. The e-QIP is secure and only accessible to the authorized personnel within the sponsoring organization. The Navy will be able to access all active and retired service members via the e-QIP.
