Nsips Web Afloat Navy – The Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS) will provide an integrated database that will contain all reserve and active personnel data of the force. The NSIPS provides a central system to manage personnel information. The e-QIP is secure and only accessible to the authorized personnel within the organization that sponsors it. The Navy will be able to access all active-duty as well as retired military personnel through the electronic QIP.

The NSIPS navy is an electronic system for paying personnel that allows for web-enabled, secure access to every employee’s record including training information records for career counseling and more.
