Nsips Web Afloat – The Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System (NSIPS) will provide an integrated database that will contain all reserve and active personnel data of the force. The NSIPS system is a central database to manage and store of personnel information. The e-QIP system is safe and accessible only to authorized officials within the agency that sponsors it. The Navy will have access to information from the eQIP about all active-duty or reserve service personnel.
The NSIPS Naval is a single electronic personnel system and pay system. It allows web-based online access to employee records, training data and career counseling records.
