Uip Nsip – The Navy Standard Integrated Personnel System NSIPS will provide a central database containing all personnel information for reserve and active forces. The NSIPS system functions as a central database to manage and store of personal information. The e-QIP system is safe and accessible only to authorized officials of the sponsoring agency. The Navy will have access to all active as well as retired military personnel via the e-QIP.

The NSIPS Navy provides one electronic payment and personnel system for payment and personnel. It allows web-enabled access to employees, career counseling and training information.
